Features

AMS features: every module, with its own page in detail

No smoke: every module has its own page with the exact calculations, real screenshots and its technical layer. Start with whichever hurts most.

Two loads worth keeping apart.

The player only enters raw data (wellness and perceived exertion). The staff uploads the GPS files. The system calculates the rest.

Internal load · subjective

What it costs the player

Measured with sRPE (RPE × minutes). It is what drives ACWR, monotony and strain. It comes from a single question after training. See load and ACWR →

External load · objective

What the body does

Metres, sprints, player load… It comes from GPS. It is stored and shown to describe and compare; it does not enter the ACWR (an honest design decision). See GPS data →

Every module.

Each card leads to that module’s page, with its calculations, screenshots and technical detail.

Stats import

Upload the match’s Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo: AI maps the columns and players and fills in each player’s record, match by match.

Team

Multi-season

Every data point lands in its season by its date; indefinite history and a global selector.

Architecture

Privacy and multi-tenancy

Per-team isolation with RLS in the database (Postgres) and roles (owner / staff / player). GDPR: export all your data as JSON and a two-step account deletion that purges data and storage. Health data is only recorded with consent; 13 to 18-year-olds with parental consent; not suitable for under-13s.

Total isolation

One team’s data is never mixed with any other age group or club.

Real GDPR

Export (JSON) and two-step account deletion.

Health data

Only with explicit consent; reinforced protection for minors.

The terms, defined in one sentence.

So that anyone — and any search engine — can quote them without ambiguity.

ACWRacute:chronic workload ratio
ACWR compares the load of the last 7 days with the average of the last 4 weeks; between 0.8 and 1.3 is the optimal zone, and above 1.5 the risk of injury increases.
RPErating of perceived exertion
RPE is the player’s rating of perceived exertion from 1 to 10; multiplied by the minutes it gives the internal load (sRPE).
RTPreturn to play
RTP is the phased protocol for bringing an injured player back safely.
Readinessindex 0–100
Readiness is an index from 0 to 100 that summarises whether the player is ready to perform, combining wellness and load.
