Features
AMS features: every module, with its own page in detail
No smoke: every module has its own page with the exact calculations, real screenshots and its technical layer. Start with whichever hurts most.
Two loads worth keeping apart.
The player only enters raw data (wellness and perceived exertion). The staff uploads the GPS files. The system calculates the rest.
What it costs the player
Measured with sRPE (RPE × minutes). It is what drives ACWR, monotony and strain. It comes from a single question after training. See load and ACWR →
What the body does
Metres, sprints, player load… It comes from GPS. It is stored and shown to describe and compare; it does not enter the ACWR (an honest design decision). See GPS data →
Every module.
Each card leads to that module’s page, with its calculations, screenshots and technical detail.
Dashboard
The team’s state at a glance: KPIs, zones, the day’s alerts and live data.
Players
A full profile the staff can edit: history, position and progression.
Wellness
Daily check-in for sleep, mood, muscle soreness, motivation and stress (1–5).
Calendar-planner
Plan the season: sessions, matches and events, with recurrence and an iCal feed.
Forms
The staff pushes forms to players by day: wellness, post-session and post-match, with lock-after-fill and tracking of who completed them.
Training load
Spot who is overloaded before they get injured: ACWR, monotony and strain (Foster).
GPS data
Bring GPS from any brand into one place: 23 external-load metrics under one shared name.
Injury management
Take every injury from the sidelines back to the pitch: treatments and RTP phases.
Fitness tests
Campaigns with templates per discipline, results per player and progression.
Routines
Block builder with %RM → kg and PDF, Excel, Word and image attachments.
Matches
Live tagging with customisable actions and the minute synced to the video.
Statistics
Cumulative actions and W/D/L record per season, individual and team.
Alerts
A feed derived from readiness: red zone or below the player’s baseline, with acknowledgement.
Reports
Export wellness, load/ACWR, injuries and squad to PDF or CSV in seconds.
Advanced analytics
Turn the data into decisions: readiness 0–100, individual ACWR and comparison by position.
Team chat
The club’s group, inside the platform: photos, video, audio and files, replies, reactions and pinned messages. Isolated per team, on the web and in the app.
Video analysis
From the tag to the explained clip: telestration over the video, playlists by play type and the match files on its record.
Stats import
Upload the match’s Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo: AI maps the columns and players and fills in each player’s record, match by match.
Multi-season
Every data point lands in its season by its date; indefinite history and a global selector.
Privacy and multi-tenancy
Per-team isolation with RLS in the database (Postgres) and roles (owner / staff / player). GDPR: export all your data as JSON and a two-step account deletion that purges data and storage. Health data is only recorded with consent; 13 to 18-year-olds with parental consent; not suitable for under-13s.
Total isolation
One team’s data is never mixed with any other age group or club.
Real GDPR
Export (JSON) and two-step account deletion.
Health data
Only with explicit consent; reinforced protection for minors.
The terms, defined in one sentence.
So that anyone — and any search engine — can quote them without ambiguity.
- ACWRacute:chronic workload ratio
- ACWR compares the load of the last 7 days with the average of the last 4 weeks; between 0.8 and 1.3 is the optimal zone, and above 1.5 the risk of injury increases.
- RPErating of perceived exertion
- RPE is the player’s rating of perceived exertion from 1 to 10; multiplied by the minutes it gives the internal load (sRPE).
- RTPreturn to play
- RTP is the phased protocol for bringing an injured player back safely.
- Readinessindex 0–100
- Readiness is an index from 0 to 100 that summarises whether the player is ready to perform, combining wellness and load.
