Terms of use
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using SquadStats ("the Platform", "the Service") you accept these Terms of use. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation (club or team), you represent that you have the authority to accept them on its behalf.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
SquadStats is an athlete management system (AMS) that lets the coaching staff record and view wellness, training load, injuries, fitness tests, routines and competition statistics, and lets athletes log their wellness and view their own data.
3. Accounts and organisations
- Each account belongs to a person and is linked to an organisation.
- The organisation’s admin is responsible for inviting and managing its members.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- For underage athletes, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.
4. Acceptable use and community rules
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
- Access data of athletes or organisations you do not belong to.
- Attempt to breach security, decompile, or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
- Upload false information or information that infringes third-party rights.
- Post offensive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit content in chat, or harass other users.
Zero tolerance: objectionable content and abusive users are not tolerated. Content that breaches these rules may be removed and the user may be expelled, usually within 24 hours of being reported. From the chat itself you can report a message or block a user; your team’s coaching staff moderates the groups. For urgent reports, write to soporte@squadstats.dev.
5. Health and performance data
The Service processes wellness, load and injury data for sports management purposes. The organisation is responsible for processing that data and for informing its athletes. Use of this data is further governed by the Privacy policy.
SquadStats is not a healthcare product or a medical device. The information shown supports the coaching staff’s decisions and does not replace professional medical judgement.
6. Plans and payments
Available features depend on the plan contracted by the organisation. Prices and terms of paid plans will be communicated before signup and may be updated with prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
SquadStats’s software, brand and design are the property of SquadStats. Data uploaded by an organisation is the property of that organisation. You do not acquire any right over the Platform beyond the licence to use it described here.
8. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features, notifying relevant changes.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquadStats will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, nor for decisions made based on the information shown.
10. Cancellation
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. The organisation may cancel its account; after cancellation, data is deleted within the timeframes described in the Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify relevant changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
