Alerts
A feed derived from readiness: red zone or a dip below baseline, acknowledged.

What does it do?
Alerts are derived from readiness: a player in the red zone or below their baseline shows up in the feed, and the staff acknowledges it so everyone can see it is handled. It lets your staff:
- Spot who is in the red zone now
- Catch players below their baseline
- Acknowledge each alert when it is handled
- See the day’s alerts on the dashboard with readiness
- Avoid false “did not load” alerts in the morning
The fewer false alarms in the feed, the more the staff trusts each one, for the player and for the squad.

How Readiness Feeds the Alerts
Readiness combines today’s wellness with the player’s load and any active injury into one number per player. When that score falls into the red zone, or drops below the player’s usual level, an alert appears in the feed at once, before the session.
Red flags
A player raises an alert in two ways: the readiness score falls into the red zone, or it drops below that player’s own baseline, so a quiet drop in someone who is usually fine is caught too. Each alert sits in a single feed on the dashboard, next to the team’s readiness, so the staff sees who needs attention ahead of the first session.
Response
Every alert is acknowledged by the staff, so everyone knows it is being handled and no red flag gets lost between staff members. An alert only fires when there is real data behind it, so every flag in the feed stays meaningful and the staff learns to trust each one they see.
Behind the feed is the daily wellness: an alert can be absolute, with the score at 2 or below, or relative to the player’s baseline, more than one standard deviation under their 14-day mean. Scale, threshold, z and baseline on or off are all configurable per club, so the alerts follow your club’s criteria.
An alert is a prompt for the staff, not a verdict: a person makes the call, with the full picture of wellness, load and injuries before them.
What changes for you
Most staff find out a player was struggling after the session, when it is too late to adapt it. Alerts turn readiness into a single feed: a player in the red zone or below their own baseline appears on the dashboard, the staff acknowledges it so everyone knows it is handled, and an alert only fires on real data, so each flag that reaches you is worth reading.
