What does it do?

Plan the whole season: sessions, matches and events, with recurrence, reminders and an iCal feed. A cancelled event stays on record, so the history is always complete. It helps your staff:

How the Calendar Drives It All

The calendar is not a separate agenda: what you plan drives the rest of the platform. A training day prompts the session RPE, a match day prompts the post-match survey, and each player sees the same calendar in their own app, in month, week or agenda view at any time.

Recurring

Plan the whole season with event types, Google-Calendar-style recurrence and reminders. Series come with per-day actions and require an end date on “ends on date”, so nothing repeats forever by accident. A cancelled event is not the same as a deleted one: it stays in the history, so the record of the season is always complete and true.

An iCal feed (RFC 5545) syncs the schedule with Google and Apple Calendar, so the staff and the players see their sessions, matches and trips in the calendar they already use every day, on their phone or their laptop, without copying a single event by hand or sending it to the group.

The staff plans the month in the web panel and every player sees the very same events in their app, in month, week or agenda view. A change made by the staff reaches the whole squad at once, so nobody has to repeat the new time in the group chat or chase who saw it.

A cancelled session is not deleted: it stays on record, so the calendar always tells the true story of what happened in the season.
