What does it do?

Every player has a full profile the staff can edit: number, position, status, history and progression, with wellness, load, injuries and stats together in one place. It helps your staff:

How Every Player File Stays Up

Nobody fills the file by hand twice: the daily check-in, each session’s RPE, every injury and every imported stat land on the player’s profile on their own. Players log in from the browser with no app to install, or from the iOS or Android app, and the staff only edits the rest.

The squad

Register the team and your players in minutes and the squad list is ready: the whole squad, each player with number, position and status (available, injured or recovering), and a search box to jump to anyone. Each player gets their own access and sees their own data and nobody else’s, while the staff manages the roster from the web.

Progress

Every module writes to the same file: a new injury, an imported match or this morning’s check-in shows up on the profile at once, so each player’s history builds itself as the season goes on, with nothing to copy across.

Player data is health data, so it is treated as such: isolated per team, encrypted, and health data only recorded with the player’s consent. Each player can export all their data as JSON, and account deletion is a two-step process that purges data and storage, as the law requires.

Every module writes to the same player file, so the physio, the S&C coach and the head coach always see the same person and the same numbers.
