What does it do?

The staff defines which forms the player sees and on which days of the week: daily wellness, post-session sRPE and post-match survey. You see at once who answered today. It helps your staff:

• Turn any form on or off per day
• Send a push reminder to the player
• Lock each answer once it has been sent in
• See who has completed what live, and open any answer
• Edit labels so that the questions sound like you

The more reliable the answers, the more useful every number that comes out of them, for players and team.

How the Forms Feed the System!

Every answer feeds the rest of the system: the daily wellness sets the player’s readiness, the post-session sRPE builds the training load and the ACWR, and the post-match survey closes the week. Nobody copies a number by hand, so all the staff’s time goes on deciding.

Your plan

Each form has an on and off switch, a note on when the player is asked, and buttons to see the responses, resend it, edit the labels or reset it. The forms are prompted on their own based on what you plan in the calendar, so a match day triggers the post-match survey and a training day triggers the session RPE, without any manual step.

Response

The forms reach the player with a push notification, if they have it on, and they fill them in from their app or the browser in under a minute. Once sent, an answer is locked: no edits and no duplicates, so the data the staff reads is exactly what the player said at that very moment.

The staff sees in real time who completed what and can open each individual answer. Responses today shows at a glance who is missing, and a form that is switched off simply does not appear in the player app, so each player only ever sees what the staff has decided they should answer on that particular day.

The forms are prompted by the calendar on their own, so the right question reaches the right player on the right day, without anybody asking.
