What does it do?

One panel, the whole team: different modules working on the same data. The dashboard is the screen the coaching staff opens every morning, with the day neatly summed up. It helps your staff:

  • See the squad’s readiness today
  • Check who logged wellness this day
  • Spot the players at risk and injury cases
  • Read today’s alerts: red zone and below the baseline
  • Open any player’s snapshot: number, ACWR, status

The faster the staff reads the squad, the better the session you plan, for every player and for the team.

SquadStats web app: dashboard with team readiness, wellness and ACWR

How the Dashboard Gets Data In

Players do their daily check-in from the app and log their RPE after training; the dashboard turns it into the team’s readiness, every session’s load and the ACWR, live. Wellness, load, injuries and matches all work on the same data, so nothing is typed in twice over.

Team KPIs

The top row answers the first questions of the day: team readiness (today’s wellness adjusted for ACWR and injury, 0 to 100), how many players logged their wellness today, the team score out of 5, active injuries and the players at risk. Every number links to the module behind it, so one click takes you from the summary to the details.

Snapshot

Squad status shows each player in one table: number, position, status, today’s wellness and ACWR. Readiness is sorted from lowest to highest, so whoever needs attention sits at the top, and the comparison by position shows if a whole line carries more load than the rest of the squad.

The day’s alerts sit next to the KPIs: players in the red zone or below their own baseline, and who has not logged wellness yet, with the critical ones flagged first. The staff acknowledges each alert so everyone knows it is handled, and a risk summary can be emailed to the staff every morning or once a week.

One panel, the whole team: different modules working on the same data, so every decision starts from the very same picture for all the staff.

What changes for you

Every morning the staff has a few minutes to decide who trains full, who adapts and who rests, and that time is usually spent opening five spreadsheets. The dashboard puts team readiness, wellness, active injuries, players at risk and the day’s alerts on one screen, with every player one click away, so the meeting starts with the answer instead of the search for it.
