What does it do?

The call-up, the training PDF and the dressing-room talk, where the data already is, not in a separate WhatsApp group. Each team has its own chat, with photos and files. It helps your staff:

• Send photos, video, audio, docs
• Reply to one specific message fast
• React to any message and pin what matters
• Promote a player, like the captain, to a group admin
• Talk to the squad on the web and in the app, too

The fewer places the team has to look, the fewer messages get lost, for any player and the staff as well.

How the Chat Fits the Platform

The training PDF reaches the group, not a lost thread, and the team’s logistics do not get lost in the scroll. Staff and players share the same chat on the web and in the app, so the whole club truly is in one place: the plan, the data and the conversation about them.

The group

Each team has its own chat with photos, video, audio and files, replies to specific messages, reactions and pinned messages. The staff can promote a player, such as the captain or the kit manager, to group admin, and the chat is available on the web and in the player app from the first day, at no extra cost for the club or the players.

Security

The chat runs on the same backend on web and mobile, isolated per team: one team never sees another’s messages, even inside the same club. Moderation works with dressing-room judgement: hate speech is filtered, while the usual banter is left as it is, because that is part of a squad.

There are no voice or live video calls on purpose, because the goal of the chat is not to replace every app on the phone but to keep the call-up, the files and the conversation about training in the same place as the calendar, the wellness check-in and the rest of the data the team records daily.
